FaverGray Begins Construction on Three New Multi-Family Projects

JACKSONVILLE, April 18, 2008 - FaverGray, one of the fastest growing construction management companies in Northeast Florida, announced today that it has started construction on three apartment complexes in Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina with a total construction value of $11.8 million.

The developer/owner of all three properties is Aslan Hallmark, a Louisville-based developer of affordable rental apartments that has completed more than 1,100 units in four southeastern states.

The new projects are:

  • Hallmark at Crestmoor is a 40-unit affordable apartment community in Hartselle, Ala., with a construction cost of $3.2 million
  • Hallmark at Bellevue is a 90-unit affordable apartment community in Nashville, Tenn., with a construction cost of $6 million.
  • Hallmark at Malphrus is a 32-unit affordable apartment community in Bluffton, S.C., with a construction cost of $2.6 million.

Founded in 2005 by industry veterans Jim Gray and Keith Faver, FaverGray is a commercial general contracting company that provides specialized construction management services to real estate owners, developers and investors in the Southeast. The company focuses on the multi-family, hospitality and senior living sectors of the commercial real estate market.

In 2007, FaverGray posted record sales of $60 million and is on pace to do about $68 million in sales this year. In the past three years, FaverGray has completed 18 projects with a total construction value of $110,000,000.
