JAMES A. GRAY, PRESIDENT

Jim Gray is the senior executive of the company and is responsible for management of the operations and business development. He brings 30 years of experience and successive promotion through all levels of design and construction management.

As president and cofounder, Jim formulated the strategic mission, attracted and retained project management, operations, and accounting professionals, and established the banking, surety, and regulatory relationships for FaverGray. He coordinates and shapes projects and operations with the company’s business partners, cultivates new business, and directs the delivery of the firm’s multi-state services.

Gray was group president of The Haskell Company’s Commercial/Institutional division for seven years. As group president, he had complete P&L responsibility for the group’s strategic direction, business planning, operations and profit contributions. During his tenure as president, the group grew profitably from $80 million in annual revenues to more than $300 million, while projects delivered totaled more than $2 billion.

As an integrated operation, the Commercial/Institutional Group handled design and construction. Gray was responsible for managing a design department of more than 70 architects and engineers and a construction management staff of more than 70 project development and construction managers. Projects were delivered through four highly focused business units - Education, General/Commercial, Healthcare/Senior Living and Government Facilities.

Gray graduated from the University of Florida in 1976 with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction. He and his family live in Ponte Vedra Beach.

W. KEITH FAVER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Keith Faver serves as Executive Vice President. He is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and working with Jim Gray to set the strategic mission for the company.

Faver has more than 20 years of design and construction management experience. Most recently, he served as vice president of The Haskell Company’s General Commercial Division, where he reported to Gray, the Group President.

As vice president, Faver had complete business planning, development and P&L responsibilities for a $125 million business unit. Market focus and expertise included large residential, multi-family and condominium developments, large mixed-use projects, office buildings, data centers, retail and parking decks. He successfully organized and managed a staff of architects and engineers and construction management, business development and marketing personnel.

A fourth-generation Floridian, Faver graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction in 1988.
