FaverGray’s current key client base includes Aslan Ventures, LLC, a large affordable multi-family developer based in Louisville, KY; Value Place, a developer of extended-stay hotels; the Barrington Group, a Jacksonville-based affordable and market-rate housing developer, Urban Dynamics a market rate-rate multifamily developer and Superior Office Park. FaverGray currently has thirteen projects in six states under construction with a contract value of over $120 million.
FaverGray has completed over $90 million of projects in six states. The company is currently working on projects in Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Alabama and Tennessee.
Prospective projects actively being pursued include office buildings, parking structures, retail and multi-family developments.
FaverGray has been a perfect complement to our organization and multi-family development endeavors. We have relied on them in a pure GC fashion, but also have called on them to serve us in due diligence matters, supervision of engineering and architecture and on through delivery. Depending on the situation, we can use them for a la carte needs or soup-to-nuts. It’s a great outsourcing relationship for a development organization like ours.
