PHASE III OF A PLANNED MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT COMMUNITY LOCATED ON 6.3 ACRES NEAR HILTON HEAD, S.C.

FaverGray worked closely with the owner/developer to overcome permit, soil and budget problems.

The third phase of the development consists of 72 apartment units in six, two-story wood-framed apartment buildings, a clubhouse, pool, playground and gazebo.

FaverGray completed the project on schedule and helped the owner achieve their financial goals.
