The four story structure is wood frame on post tension slab and foundation. The fa�ade is Hardie siding with an asphalt shingle roof. Room designs from studio to studio-double are designed to accommodate 1 to 4 persons and each offers kitchen amenities including microwave ovens, refrigerators, and electric cook tops.
The project includes construction of the hotel, a complete water service, storm service, sanitary sewer service, asphalt paving, site hardscapes, and retention pond fence enclosure.
