When Superior Construction Company Inc. sought a general contractor to build its 15,700-square-foot Class-A corporate headquarters, the Jacksonville-based construction company had plenty of respondents. After reviewing qualified bids, Superior, one of the nation�s largest road builders, selected FaverGray, which promised to design and construct the building at a guaranteed price. The FaverGray team delivered on its promises. The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.

The Superior headquarters building primarily consists of isolated foundations with a steel frame, slab-on-grade and elevated composite deck. The fa�ade is a combination of stucco with elastomeric paint, split face block, aluminum storefront systems and concrete roof tile.
