FaverGray prides itself on providing “creative solutions to challenging problems” The Jeffersonville Apartments project put the FaverGray team to the test because the owner faced stiff penalties if the project was not completed by a certain deadline.
The challenges appeared daunting. FaverGray had to begin the project in January when the Indiana ground was frozen. Most of the soil at the site was unsuitable for building. Moreover, the project design called for a road access bridge to be built over wetlands.
FaverGray used a special technology to stabilize the soil and worked with the design team to reroute the access road - all of which saved time and money. Despite the early challenges, FaverGray delivered the project in 9 1/2 months.
