A 92-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA

Located two miles from the University of Alabama, the site for the Garden Parkway Apartments complex is situated on a difficult site elevations and required special design assistance from FaverGray.

FaverGray helped guide the design process to achieve financial success. The project was completed under budget and 16 days ahead of schedule.

Garden Parkway Apartments sits on a six-acre site with six buildings, a clubhouse, pool, cabana and gazebo. The buildings are wood frame with brick veneer and fiber-cement siding. Each three-, two- and one-bedroom apartment includes a full kitchen and launder room.
