Located two miles from the University of Alabama, the site for the Garden Parkway Apartments complex is situated on a difficult site elevations and required special design assistance from FaverGray.

Garden Parkway Apartments sits on a six-acre site with six buildings, a clubhouse, pool, cabana and gazebo. The buildings are wood frame with brick veneer and fiber-cement siding. Each three-, two- and one-bedroom apartment includes a full kitchen and launder room.
