A 90-UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

The Fisk Apartments complex was built on a “brownfield” site that required extensive soil remediation. FaverGray removed much of the contaminated soil, capped the site with concrete and asphalt and then covered it with new soil.

FaverGray’s approach to handling the site preparation saved the owner of the project a “significant” amount of money and delivered the completed apartment complex under budget and on schedule.
