The Hallmark at Crestmoor project is a 40 unit apartment complex situated on approximately 6.7 acres in the City of Hartselle, Alabama. The 40 unit project includes two three story apartment buildings, mail center, gazebo and one single story clubhouse. The wood framed buildings consist of post-tensioned slabs on grade and a mix of brick and hardie siding facades. The interior units are comprised of carpet and VCT on gypcrete floors, lightweight concrete patios and finished kitchens complete with all major appliances. Both buildings are constructed of one, two and three bedroom units.
