A 120-BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY ON THREE ACRES IN TRINITY, FLORIDA.
The 56,000-square-foot facility, located northwest of Tampa, is constructed of steel and masonry on a 4-inch concrete slab and foundation. As with all medical facilities that must get approval of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Carrington Place has to meet rigorous building requirements, including High Velocity Hurricane Zone standards.
FaverGray was able to �value engineer� some $250,000 out of the total project cost and fast track the construction schedule to meet deadlines.
