A 47-ROOM BOUTIQUE CONDO HOTEL OVERLOOKING THE ATLANTIC OCEAN IN FERNANDINA BEACH, FLORIDA

When construction of Amelia Resort by the initial general contractor stalled in late 2006, the developer called in FaverGray to complete the project. FaverGray took over a project that was only framed up to the second floor of a three-story building.

Working with the architect, FaverGray was able to help redesign those aspects of the project that had been causing the first general contractor such problems. FaverGray successfully completed building three-story hotel in five months.

Amelia Resort also features underground parking, a swimming pool, two terraces, kitchen and common area amenities.
