FAVERGRAY DELIVERS TWO MULTI-FAMILY COMMUNITIES IN FLORIDA

ESTERO PARC

Estero Parc, also referred to as Parkside at Estero, is a 246,624 square foot, 198-unit multi-family community in Estero, Florida.

FaverGray, along with its partners ECI and Humphreys and Partners Architects, is proud to bring a true resort-inspired experience to the Estero community.

The development consists of two 3-story Type A apartment buildings, two 3-story Type B apartment buildings, 8-car detached garages, a maintenance building, and one trash compactor enclosure. The development also includes a 5,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness room and pool area. Each apartment building also includes one elevator.

Site improvements consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and a large lake with surrounding decorative precast concrete walls.

Construction is generally wood frame with stucco and Fiber-Cement Trim Exterior Facade. The roofing consists of architectural style concrete tile and standing seam metal roofing. All building slabs are conventionally placed concrete on grade. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall walls, ceilings with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring. Wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface granite countertops are installed throughout the complex to complete the coastal theme aesthetic.

ARIZA FOREST VIEW

The Ariza Forest View project, also referred to as Forest View Village, is a 283-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 13.1 acres in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

FaverGray is honored to deliver this project to Santa Rosa Beach along with its partners Cypressbrook Company and Mucasey and Associates.

The development consists of six 3-story apartment buildings, three 4-story apartment buildings, a mixture of attached and detached garages, and a covered carwash and pet wash area. The development also includes one clubhouse with a fitness room, pool area, and one trash compactor enclosure.

Amenities include a 4,800 square foot sports lawn area, 12,400 square foot dog park, three grill houses with two 36” natural gas BBQ grills each, and two playgrounds. There are also 30 private dog yards attached to apartment buildings.

Site improvements consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and three detention ponds with five fountains.

Construction is generally wood frame with fiber cement siding. The roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles and TPO flat roof on Building Type V, with metal over the amenity and apartment building entries. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete on grade.

Interior finishes consist of painted drywall ceilings and walls with a textured finish, and a mixture of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and carpeting in units. Thermofoil cabinetry and trim with granite countertops are installed in all kitchen and bath areas. All units have stainless steel appliances with a full-size washer and dryer.
